[weewx-user] Rainfall YTD only showing value since weewx has been installed
Hi, I am running with a VantagePro, and transitioned from wview to weewx with the Belchertown skin about 6 months ago. Weewx shows a rainfall YTD of 8 inches, but the actual value is 29 inches. The 8 inches are what has fallen since Weewx has been installed. The VantagePro console shows 29 inches YTD. Is there a way adjust the weewx ytd rainfall to account for ytd rainfall before the install? I searched the archives and didn't find anything. I think there was a setting in weewx.conf for an earlier version of weewx that did something like this. Hi Peter, I was looking at https://docs.python.org/3/library/datetime.html#datetime.datetime.utcnow <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.python.org%2F3%2Flibrary%2Fdatetime.html%23datetime.datetime.utcnow&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNEGwejuUUDBX6cYyPGLBJueLz2Ckw> but I couldn't figure out how to call it from the tag. [weewx-user] Time Tags and UTC
Hi, I'm running weewx on a raspberry pi connected to a Vantage weather station. I create a custom report that that National Weather Service downloads hourly. The National Weather Service requires the times be in UTC. I'd like to run my raspberry pi on local time so the weewx reports display local time. Is there an option on a Time Tag to display UTC? I'm currently using variations of $current.dateTime.format("%H:%M %Z") in my custom report, but these all display local time. Do I have any options other than running the raspberry pi on UTC?
