Ya, it transmits over some radio frequency, I just can't find it.  I went 
to inspector to capture all data and it seems like it is working for now.  
I am still chasing weewx just randomly stopping without erroring out.

I presume the WH31B is the indoor console.  Are you sure it transmits the 
data over the radio??  I thought most of the stations just use the radio to 
receive the external sensor data, process/combine the external data with 
the internal data and push it back out over usb or tcp/ip on a network.  
Who/what would actually receive the data if the console were to push 
broadcast it back out again (apart from your sdr receiver of course!!)??
