I reverted to 3.9.1 and wunderground updates are working again. Ubuntu 16.04, weewx interceptor driver in sniff mode. Syslog covering initial upgrade showed 3.9.1 working until shutdown and 3.9.2 not working after starting up. I told the update to use the original config files, not the new ones. I lost uploads to Wunderground.com, pws still working. Not home at the moment but message is something like failed after 3 attempts. Ubuntu headless on Odroid U3.
