Re: [Wengophone-devel] make error on leopard

2008-02-11 Thread Mac OS
Hmm,, I didn't see that.
But good news is, I got another ffmpeg (0.4.9-pre1) through macports, this
one works.
Is this new api ?
the ffmpeg version I got by fink is 0.4.20071217-1. I didn't make it work
now.

For mandriva this isn't a pb as packages will be available officially on our
mirrors, and so packages will follow our != policies

it would be great to build it in the openSUSE buildservice.

http://en.opensuse.org/Buildservice
(You can build against openSUSE, Fedora, Mandriva, Ubuntu, Debian, Windows
cross compiling, ...)

The problem are some libraries WengoPhone is using.

http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/amr
http://www.ffmpeg.org/

Speex has a amr mode to emulate the codecs and maybe we could replace ffmpeg.
ilbc could be a problem too.

Hi Vadim,

An intern, Maxime Gaffé (Hi Maxime!) worked on the buildbot for quite a
while, perhaps he might be able to help?

Cheers,
Dave.

Hi Vadim,
Hi Ralf,

have you found a solution for nightbuild .deb packages? Ralf, did you
succeded creating a script for it, or can you just send a kind of shell
command list, so that we can try to create such script?

Thanks a lot guys,

Well I've actually managed to try this and it works on debian. When
configuring the make-process here prints:

-- Looking for sws_scale - found

That seems the crucial point (where the new api is chosen by cmake). Do
you see that message?

I've tried, and yes, it works indeed. Thanks for the help.

For the record, I've now installed (from www.debian-multimedia.org):

- libavcodeccvs51-dev 3:20070329-0.0etch1
