[Wengophone-devel] Interesting book on free software project "management"
Hi, I thought some people here might like to find out about this book: http://producingoss.com It's a fine summary of the experiences Karl Fogel has gathered through years of participation in the CVS, Apache and Subversion communities, with insights into things like governance, how to maintain community goodwill when money gets involved, managing releases, how to handle difficult contributors, how to maintain a civil tone on mailing lists, and much more. A very interesting read. Cheers, Dave. -- David Neary [EMAIL PROTECTED] ___ Wengophone-devel mailing list Wengophone-devel@lists.openwengo.com http://dev.openwengo.com/mailman/listinfo/wengophone-devel
