[Wesnoth-bugs] [bug #21986] mp replays crashing the game

2014-04-28 Thread Duthlet
Follow-up Comment #4, bug #21986 (project wesnoth):

I guess I did use delayed shroud update, as I usually do.
It doesn't happen if I don't use it.
The replay also always crashed on my turns (playing against AI)

2014-04-28 Thread Duthlet
Follow-up Comment #2, bug #21986 (project wesnoth):

Oops, I'm sorry I forgot to check that. stderr gives
wesnoth: src/synced_context.cpp:39: static bool
synced_context::run_in_synced_context(const std::string&, const config&, bool,
bool, bool, boost::function2): Assertion
`use_undo || (!resources::undo_stack->can_redo() &&
!resources::undo_stack->can_undo())' failed.

 Release: 1.13.0-dev

___

Details:

It seems to be a server side problem, because it happens when playing with
master or 1.12 on trunk server, but not when playing with 1.12 on dev version
server.
Server sends "Removing illegal command" messages for anyone but the player who
is supposed to be p1.

Details:

For both 1.12 and master the all mp replays I tried to watch so far crashed
the game. All games where played locally and latest crash was on turn 3. I
loaded them via the main menu, getting the warning about this being a mp
scenario, because starting via multiplayer doesn't work, see e.g. bug #21929.

Details:

I started wesnoth with a fresh preferences directory, and in
preferences->general->hotkeys->game selected "Clear Labels" and pressed the
"Clear Hotkey" button.
In game everything seems fine at first, but after restarting the game the
hotkey is present again.
In the preferences file these lines were added:
[hotkey]
command="editor-map-new"
ctrl=yes
key="n"
[/hotkey]
[hotkey]
command="editor-refresh"
ctrl=yes
key="e"
[/hotkey]

[Wesnoth-bugs] [bug #21969] wesnoth spamming preferences file with hotkeys for "null" commands

___

Details:

I was just playing with the Select/Move/Attack hotkey setting it to a keyboard
key and upon setting it back to the mouse wesnoth suddenly slowed down. It
turned out wesnoth had written over 8 lines of hotkeys with command="null"
into the preferences file for hotkeys
ctrl + `
ctrl + x
c + shift
crtl + c + shift
C
iirc I have cleared all of those but "ctrl + `" before.
seeing bug #20251 I actually might have cleared that one as well.
I can not reproduce this bug.

your unit will just move there but not attack. This has been introduced with
