Dear Alaka, It would also help to have a comprehensive list of ALL ORGANIZATIONS RELEVANT to West Nile activivities, WHEN THEIR FUNCTIONS take place and ANY FINANCIAL ESTIMATES FOR THESE ACTIVITES for the year. This information will then help all of us to budget so we can set aside certain money for them. The organizations will then be able to remind us in advance for the planned activity. These organizations should not be requesting help at the spur of the moment as if the money is readly accessable at any time. If you can recall I suggested some time back that these organizations should have a budget and request funds thru our organization to stream line the funding. we should insist on this.
