Mr CHAKA ,With due respect LEAVE  MP ANITE ALONE if you think the lady is not
of your taste ,then you are mistaken.MP Anite has a complete battalion for her
defence.Anite is doing what people on the ground want.I support  her a million
times.Go to your constituency and preach ANTI-MUSEVENI theories.Who killed MR
BURUA?Who opposed Mr BURUA'"s secondment as a Minister under OBOTE 2.Chaka you
should be the last creature to talk about OMBACHI MASSACRE .Honourable ANITE is
our enlightened Kakwa Lady who upholds the cultural values of Kakwa, more so
,the lady hates Western values of feminism. We will defend ANITE at all
cost.ANITE should have recommended 5more terms for the incumbent at

How many of our MP’s have gone for third terms, fourth terms etc… Governance is
being refined in this small nation … If you ask my opinion both sides are not
helping us at the moment. Our politicians have detached themselves from the
realities of Uganda.

We have a very expensive executive, very expensive parliament, too many leaders
an underpowered technical team struggling doctors, struggling teachers,
struggling extension works that cannot help more than 30% farmers, struggling

means to the people she purports to represent (she may then pay the ultimate
price of being rejected if that is the common position of the constituents),
however she is one of us we cannot abandon her (that is if she wants to
associate and treasures her people J)! I chose to believe that she is just an
ambitious young girl who is still in the early stages this research project
(new form of political leadership where people are nominated unopposed).

simmering with potential for total transformation in the next 100 years! Let’s
exercise tolerance among each other especially in West Nile, among the 8

better side and drop these artificial elements that divide us… Let’s pray!

The end is what we should look at better livelihood, infrastructure, education,

Dear all,

I think everyone has a right to express how he or she feels about this
appointment. Personally i see no reason as to why i should celebrate the
appointment of Dibele or transfer of Abiriga. I don't see how i will benefit
from any.
I therefore think u shd take this trash else where.

This is a most welcome idea. The appointment of Mr. Debele is welcome. As
noted, this may bring some sanity in many ways in the administration of the
district and in sorting out some local issues. However, he will need support.
He can be a leverage in some ways. We need to play our cards right and ride
above many petty divides and embrace our diversity as a tool to spice our
local, regional, and national development.

Congratulations Mzee Debele.

I will make my contribution to the committee which will be charged with making
operational this plan.

Thanks Lino for spearheading this. Congs to Debele (tho I have always thot he
is Mr. Dibele). That said, I presume there shd be a similar congratulatory do
brewing in Arua. I suggest we host him here in Kla, reasons being we have
hardly come out of the prangs of school fees syndrome n we got Mr. Candia's
function this weekend. Back 2 back trips 2 Arua over weekends may not be easy.
I also suggest that u take up the mantle and chair this effort. You may want to
get in touch with Debele 2 set aside that date too.

Dear all,

You are all aware of the recent appointment of Mr. Peter Debele as RDC Arua to
replace Ibrahim Abiriga. I consider the appointment a very positive step in
bringing sanity back to the administration of Arua District and on that note, I
congratulate Mr. Debele upon his appointment, which in my opinion was long
overdue.
I was sharing with a few individuals in Kampala about this appointment and so
far everyone consulted agreed that this was a positive move for us as
stakeholders in the District. A proposal has been floated to give Mr. Debele a
resounding welcome in a welcome party. Several people have committed to
contribute to that end.
The object of this email is therefore to bring this to your notice and seek
your opinions, engagement, involvement and support. It is proposed the event
takes place on the week end of 22/02/2014. I also suggest that a small
committee of about 3-5 persons be formed to coordinate our efforts. These are
my thoughts.
