[WestNileNet] Solar Water Heaters
I salute you All, I am introducing to you this technology, its not a new thing to talk about but its an efficient low cost option for heating water in homes, schools, hotels, health centers etc and the payback is really fast unlike other applications of renewable energy technology. The beauty with it now is the Government program of offering 50% subsidy under the World Bank project closing in April 2013, so you only pay half of the cost of the unit and sign docs for the company to claim the 50% when the unit delivers to your satisfaction. These units are in litres that is the tank capacity designed for specific number of users in a home etc For more information, you may contact on +256 782441536 or lekuj...@yahoo.com Regards___ WestNileNet mailing list WestNileNet@kym.net http://orion.kym.net/mailman/listinfo/westnilenet WestNileNet is generously hosted by INFOCOM http://www.infocom.co.ug/ The above comments and data are owned by whoever posted them (including attachments if any). Oh sorry Senior, I believe you will out very clean Happy X-mas From: Caleb Alaka calebal...@yahoo.com To: A Virtual Network for friends of West Nile westnilenet@kym.net Sent: Saturday, December 15, 2012 5:59 AM Subject: [WestNileNet] Acting Presidency Dear Colleagues, Mr. Ejiku Robert will with immediate effect assume the Presidency of the Foundation in an acting position. I have stepped aside following a case which touches on my moral integrity. Until the case is disposed of by the High Court of Uganda. On the 14th day of December, 2012, the Disciplinary Committee of our regulatory body found me guilty without charging me and/or summoning me for a hearing. I was found guilty of professional misconduct in that my law firm filed an election petition of an LC111 Chairperson of Nsangi Subcounty, Wakiso District in a Chief Magistrates Court instead of the High Court and as such the Petition was dismissed and that was my offence. In other words I have been penalized for loosing a case. The committee did not consider the fact that I did not personally handle the case as an Advocate, they did not summon me to give my defence, they did not give me a hearing. I was not formally charged. The Committee did not take into consideration the fact that I had won all the 15 Election Petitions I personally handled in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. I have taken up the matter with the High Court for Judicial Review. I will update you about the progress and I wish every one a Happy X-Mass. I am currently out of the Country but will meet your Executive to formally handover until the matter is cleared by the High Court. ___ WestNileNet mailing list WestNileNet@kym.net http://orion.kym.net/mailman/listinfo/westnilenet WestNileNet is generously hosted by INFOCOM http://www.infocom.co.ug/ The above comments and data are owned by whoever posted them (including attachments if any). Good people, A friend tells me when the driver of a Gaaga bus he travelled in yesterday stopped at Pakwach for the usual passengers' ID parade, a policeman hurriedly waved him to speed away, saying: There is [no more] roadblock here. This was reportedly a 1pm bus from Arua. It seems the abolition of the sentry that junior Internal Affairs minister, Amb. James Baba, announced last Thursday is finally being implemented so that the Immigration-type screening is conducted at designated border points, not 140kms deep inside Uganda.
