We need to handle some of such strategic issues in an organised manners and 
this justifys the need for a workshop or meeting to discuss not only the need 
for the University in West Nile but also other problems that came on board 
earlier (e.g . I also note that other Universities that have already extended 
viable branches in the region are key stakeholders in the discussion of the 
process.
