Dear friends World Action Fund a local NGO based in Arua will circulate registration forms to local council5 office to be distributed to all the villages LC1 offices of Arua district to get the details and measurement of PWD for wheel chairs only, however it will also be important to provide details of other PWDs in the district and other West Nile districts. Due to logistical costs we will leave the forms with the district local council 5 offices and the respective LCs shall collect them from district LC5 office of Arua. Point of Location/return of the forms for West Nile districts is Arua LC 5 office. The forms are not for sale unless each person wants to photocopy his/own.
This exercise is to get the exact number of PWDs for wheel chair distribution by 2016 a requirement by one of our donors. These are terrain wheel chairs made within East Africa and have been tested by the said donors in many countries in Africa. Request for other PWDs apart from limbs shall be sorted out after wheel chairs requests and they should register their details too. NB: the forms shall also be circulated by mail to this forum by 5th and dispatched to LC 5 office to district by 9th June 2015.
