Make sure you also have gnuplot-x11 installed. I expect the
instructions at the following link for Ubuntu 12.10 will also work for
12.04:

I have wien2k_12 installed on Ubuntu 12.04, theprogram compilation
was ok.
we installed gnuplot
when we want to see the graph DOS for example, wecan't see them.
starting gnuplot give this massage:
