Was suggested and that idea got opposed. I think that the consensus of that thread is to create a separate usergroup rather than adding more rights to an existing usergroup. Upload of a maliciously crafted OpenOffice document leads to CSRF. Any public wiki with OpenOffice uploads enabled is vulnerable. That pretty much means we do not enable them on public wikis. Right now your wiki is both public, open registration, and anyone can edit. Fixed in r72918 by adding an alias at the end of wikibits.js. Note: this is
only to get site/user scripts that were using $j to work. Use of $j should be
phased out in favor of $. If you are writing a library that's intended for
re-use, please wrap it in a closure that passes jQuery as $ such as "(
function( $ ) { /* code here */ } )( jQuery );" so that people using
alternative short names for jQuery can use the code unmodified.

Pretty much yeah, except the second parameter is an array of parameters.

Because there are more ResourceLoader:: functions that use registrations, I'd
prefer having a function called by all such entry points that then calls this
hook once and only once.
In practical terms, something like

}
Then in all functions using the registration data (including respond(), but
also other functions reading from self::$modules), call this function.
