If I consider Bellayet to be in opposition of the implementation of the reviewer flag, I see three others in agreement that it should be implemented. It was mentioned that the reviewer flag would help in maintenance of BLPs/articles on sensitive issues and for that matter, that reviewer flag is a part of FlaggedRevs is usually known and it is assumed that most when a certain flag is proposed to be implemented, people would review what the flag is about. If I were to assume that everyone did check what the Reviewer flag was, I would say that they knew enabling it would mean enabling FlaggedRevs. So I'd say there is consensus to implement this. Of course, I am not a part of the community and the community can think otherwise. For example, this would make it useful in jQuery selectors to select the a elements corresponding to particular page titles. Where the encodings do not match up, the selector will not find the element. One such discrepancy is, on Wikipedia, the parser converts the link [[union]] into the HTML code a href=/wiki/Unionunion/a; but mw.util.wikiUrlencode(union) returns union (lowercase). If those do not match up, then I'd say we've got a problem, but I don't believe that is the case. However, normalizing links is a different story. Such function doesn't exist in javascript yet. If we were to create such a function, it woudl be called by default in mw.util.wikiGetlink(), but not in mw.util.wikiUrlencode. Changing case and normalizing series of spaces are part of title normalization
-- not URL encoding. Depending on the site configuration, 'union' and 'Union'
may refer to the same or to different articles, so they must not be encoded the
same.
To match wfUrlEncode() however, the treatment of some not-100%-reserved chars
should be changed to match.
wikiUrlencode currently attempts to specifically ensure that ':' and '/' are
included raw, but none of the others. To match wfUrlEncode, should ensure that
these are all left as-is: ';', '@', '$', '!', '*', '(', ')', ',', '/', ':'

By suppressing the edit conflict, we let the edit just go right through; since you started with the same text we can consider that you've merged it yourself, basically. The second and third queries ask for pages with Type::!A, which should exclude both pages, but only excludes PageA. PageAB is included in the results despite being exempted by the query. Other pages listed in second and third queries appear to be artifacts and are not relevant to the issue. The '+map' (along with the -fuzz and layer optimization) was added in r71354 for bug 11822: I also tried adding +map to reduce to prevent per frame colortables, but this option doesn't deal very well with transparency unfortunately (because it does significantly reduce filesize). My current man pages don't list the '+map' option for convert, but older ones floating on the internet do: == -map filename choose a particular set of colors from this image. By default, color reduction chooses an optimal set of colors that best represent the original image. Alternatively, you can choose a particular set of colors from an image file with this option. Use +map to reduce all images provided on the command line to a single optimal set of colors that best represent all the images. == The '+map' tells it to rebuild the colormap from the input files, so presumably this is behaving differently from the default (given that it's the same input file, still). Somehow in the process of converting colors we lose some of the transparency, and various chunks of various frames are getting mapped to a non-transparent color by mistake. In theory an animated GIF can have different color maps for each frame, but I don't know if that's a case that's actually hitting stuff. I'm a bit unclear on if/where there's a bug tracker for ImageMagick, but there are forums where you can report bugs in the 'bugs' section. Swatch beats aren't really a standard time unit; I'd recommend against throwing
it in just for the sake of throwing it in, since it'll need to be supported
forever for compatibility.
It's probably possible to make a template that derives swatch beat units from
hours/minutes/seconds via {{#expr}}, should that be useful to someone.
Recommend closing as wontfix.
