I have a closed-full translated wiki. It wold be very helpful if the
LanguageSelector can also switch the content-language.

I propose the following behaviour: * MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-help-desk-url contains the project-language localized message. * The link on the upload wizard start page checks for a _local_ version of a user-language localized version of MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-help-desk-url. If one is found, use that one. If no local user-language localization can be found, use the non-localized MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-help-desk-url message (and not the default user-language localized version). For starters, the code has quite a lot of raw SQL building, there seems to be
some nested SQL statements in SpecialCollabWatchlist.php, which are a no-no
while we still have MySQL 4 boxes in the cluster

It would be simpler if SF could add and populate template pages for unlimeted numbers of uploaded files mixed with normal pages, also. Since uploads are already a feature of SF, a logical further step is to make SF able to create and/or edit multiple pages simultaneously, including file uploads. For example, this would allow creation of a form to be used as an image property editor. If I've got a variety of images on a page (or pointing to/from the page with properties and queries), I could edit the properties for all image pages simultaneously. That would be handy if only one of the images is supposed to have a certain property, like a designation as the main image for the article. Mostly, because I found little documentation about the migration (I swear, I read all of the articles). A discussion tab is incorrectly shown for all pages in custom namespace X,
which has been created without a companion 'talk' namespace. The tab has the
link :{{PAGENAME}} whcih is clearly wrong. I looked at Bug 2033, but that
suggests to remove the Discussion tab using CSS - something that would affect
all discussion tabs, not just the tab for a custom namespace, so it doenst
quite fit.

Oh yeah, "{{" and "}}". And it's true that pipes within parser functions and
the like can be fine, in theory, although I think SF handles these incorrectly,
the next time it goes to edit the page. Or maybe that bug has been fixed? I
should really test this stuff out...

(Which might not be the problem, I didn’t analyze the code fully.) Also note the protection form is broken: for nonexisting files, the “upload” protection seems to be offered, but not saved (in ProtectionForm.php:save(), in the “!$this->mTitle->exists()” case, only $this->mRestrictions['create'] is used).
