Presumably something fixed in bug #34922 solved that problem. Well, Bawolff put in a fix that isolated those revisions giving bad diff values, and replaced them with page-sizes, hence the resolution of that bug. Using texvc \mathbb{1} gives the same as \nVdash, MathJax just outputs 1. Other
fonts could be abused as well.
This bug can probably be closed as WONTFIX, but it should be documented
somewhere.

In \underline{\underline a} MathJax makes the second underline to long, the PNG
shows both correctly with equal length.

That is a problem with Cacycle's script, not with MediaWiki (and the WikiEditor extension has nothing to do with this). When using a high contrast theme on Windows 7 (and maybe other OSs/versions), designed for visually impaired users, the output from math tags is almost unreadable. This is on Firefox with Menu-Tools-Options-Content-Fonts Colours-Advanced-Allow pages to choose their own colours disabled (and the same under the Colours button above the Advanced button, instead opting to use the default OS theme. The theme in the OS is High Contrast #1 - a default theme with yellow writing on a black background for better reading. The issue seems to come from the PNGs used to render the maths formulas having transparency and assuming that the background is always white. Attached is a screenshot of how these appear. Pending changes (collapsed) diff is centered
Pending changes diff text is centered (see the attachment).
To recreate the problem:
* have editor flag
* check Show the pending changes diff when viewing the latest pending
revision in preferences
* visit any page with pending changes and click show those changes
Depending on how you get to the page the diff table is inside either
div.flaggedrevs_preview or div.flaggedrevs_basic both of which have
text-align:center in ext.flaggedRevs.basic.css
As a temporary workaround we had to add this to ru:MediaWiki:Common.css:

Result looks ok, but following further results link shows nothing. I found
that link to Special:Ask does not include named args parameter. I fixed
SMW_QP_List.php file (patch attached), so Special:Ask now receives named
args.

However, the patch does not solve the problem completely. There is one more
problem in name of the first column. Following inline query

passes ?main parameter to template Item. But when the same template is
called from Special:Ask, it does not receive ?main parameter.
Adding mainlabel changes the situation a little bit:
{{ #ask:
| ?# = main !-- Note this --
| mainlabel = main
| format = ul
| template = Item
| named args = yes
...
}}
In such a case template receives main parameter, but it is plain text in
inline query and link in Special:Ask.
I believe the template should receive exactly the same parameters in both
cases.
