I'm not sure how you're wanting to do it.

Some wikis have namespaces with the same numbers, which are completely
different namespaces...

How can I have a query to have list of all namespaces in all wikipedias?

By sure namespace from -1 to 14 in all wikis are the same (mediawiki default).
for rest of them most of Wikipedias don't have more than this in my opinion  we
can limit out query to 50-60 wikis.

I am not talking about pushing review commits. I am talking about the "Internal
Server Error 500" which comes up, when I _then_ add - in the GERRIT Web panel a
Reviewer.

There is the usual button and input selection for reviewers. but it crashes the
server or something.

2.5.2-1365-g7609714. I could push draft change (Status: Draft) and I could add

I have [[de:Hilfe:Suche]] on my watchlist, which is connected with
[[d:Q5525084]]. On my watchlist on de.wikipedia I see the two changes from
12:xx UTC, 7 March. But the next change (8:20 UTC, 8 March) is still not on my
watchlist. This is now two hours ago, and many other Wikipedia changes are on
my watchlist on the top. When this change will eventually appear, it will be
somewhere in the middle of a list of changes I already looked at and won't look
at again.

This means that I probably won't see that change once it appears on my
watchlist (unless I'm really looking for it). The change should appear almost
immediatly, otherwise it's useless, at least for users with big watchlists.

Sorry I didn't make it clear earlier, but I meant uses of the field that are
language specific. Not the documentation that should be in the source code.

This includes writing down the reasons for why the current translation for a
specific message was done the way it was done or why the translation is
currently the way it is.

I understand that most of them should probably ideally be instead written in
change summaries (at least in the old UI; don't know about the new UX). And
also that term choices should probably ideally be documented in glossaries when
they are available.

Besides that I guess the only use case I had in mind was including comments for
use with external tools. Like in KDE two language teams use the translator
comment field to add properties to messages. The properties are then gathered
from PO files to property map files, which are then distributed with the PO
files.[1] The properties can then be accessed from other messages using a
certain syntax. The properties can be different noun cases, conjugations and
anything arbitrary.

Having now thought more about this, this could complicate things more than it
would be worth. Sorry for the noise.

I'm not sure what's supposed to be working and what not, but looks like there's
not a bug for this; Niklas says it's related to ULS on Meta, IIRC.
As anonymous,

shows a spinning "Loading messages..." forever.
On the other hand if you select an aggregate group it works because the normal
messages list is loaded:

Now if you switch to a subgroup (which doesn't look complete from the bars) you
get "No messages to show.":

Now, the link "All" does nothing (another bug, same logged in), but if you
ctrl-click "All" and re-add tux=1 (another bug) you get again the perennial
"Loading messages..."


Everything works and translations are saved with tux=0, and... perhaps even
with tux=1, but I got lost in some English errors and now I forgot.
