LCStoreDB has a problem under postgres.
The lc_key 'deps' contains objects which will be serialized and than there are
\0 in the serialized string, but for postgres a \0 is end of input stream, this
means the lc_value for deps is cut of at the first \0, which breaks unserialize
when getting this value back.
The insert row is ([...] is a placeholder to make it shorter):

Reading on the internet, the only chance here is to use bytea, which can be
done by using Database::decodeBlob and Database::encodeBlob. Than the \0 is
changed to \000, but I didnot know, if oracle and sqlite still will work than.
Maybe there is another solution.

Perhaps it's easier to use remote virtual servers instead? They have better network, usually better CPU, and most importantly can even be set up in advance. Then the hackers only have to learn keys and ssh (which they have anyway) and they can still use their local text editors and whatever via their [[KIOslaves]] or equivalent if that's a problem. Labs already allows making instances with vagrant roles, though I've not tried before, and another option is AWS which also has a free trial (very hard to run into its limits with a test wiki). I'm writing a bot to import coordinates to Wikidata and I ran into problems
with the precision field. For a lot of values it throws 'The value does not
comply with the property's definition.
The value's data value type ununserializable does not match the property's
data type's data value type globecoordinate.'

This has nothing to do with bugzilla, so I will close this bug. It is the
template code that is wrong. If you track the problem, you will find that the
problem comes from {{age}}. The reason it fails is because {{CURRENTYEAR}} is
in Punjabi language, and it can't be used in math expression. I'm wondering if
there is an easy way to convert numbers in foreign language to normal numbers
easily, though.

This has nothing to do with bugzilla. It's about template coding. You have to
use {{formatnum:__Khmer_numbers__|R}} to convert Kmer numbers to normal
numbers. For example, use {{formatnum:{{#time:Y}}|R}} instead of {{#time:Y}}.
