The flaw is on the current version of the Opera browser. It's been consistent in all versions of Opera for quiet a while, including as a new install or new system. No other dropdown box in Mediawiki seems to render this way. Other information needed: are you seeing this on vanilla MediaWiki in the Monobook skin (which version?) or in a customised skin? Which screen resolution are you using? Worksforme in: FF 3.0, IE7, in both monobook and modern.
