Yes. I thought I had found the reason of the error, but it didn't work: I had copied the Monobook directory to a new directory 'tct' to be able to change to a new layout. But I forgot to make tct versions of Monobook.php/Monobook.deps.php and edit it, replacing all references from Monobook to tct. I did so now but to no avail. "Internal error" is just a php fatal error. Please look at the php error log for hints.
