There is no simple server, where we can easily upload (like on Commons)
supportative files. This can be e.g. KML files being used on cs.wp to collect
data of non photographed places. But there might be other needs of Wikimedians
and Outreach people to drop othe files. E.g. Wikiversians has data in several
different formats which are not allowed at Commons.
