Harin Sutaria, this is the second time (the first was bug 51508) where you've filed a bug claiming that expandtemplates was not working correctly when the real problem was bad data in the templates you were trying to expand. In the future, please check for this before filing such bugs; if you cannot do so yourself, please post on [[en:Wikipedia:Village pump (technical)]] to ask for confirmation from others.
