"CustomerID:" is missing and the actual ID moves to the left. See attached screenshot. NOTE ==== The bug has been reported upstream (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10124) but was closed as WORKSFORME. Given comment 2 there and the fact that the developers do not know of this pretty obvious issue indicate that this is related to customizations on our side. My guess would be that this is caused by .dtl changes in the Znuny4OTRS-WikimediaDTL package (accessible via the package manager).
