So now that the dependency is merged, Parsoid now recognises
{{DISPLAYTITLE:stuff}} as a meta property (instead of a template), and VE
provides a box on the options page to change the display title. I think what we
should do is update the title (almost) as soon as it's changed.

And so the foundations for this are laid! However, the only special pages which
support this sort of autocompletion is Special:Watchlist (…/edit, etc.) and
Special:Log (…/block, etc.).

My patch originally also included a hacky implementation for
Special:Contributions which was deemed unsalvageable.

Somebody should probably file some sub-bugs to implement this in special pages
where it would have any value. Contributions and Whatlinkshere (mentioned in
comment 0) are two, what else?

Currently red links are disabled on Wikimedia servers using JavaScript. This
should not be the case for 3rd party installs.

Ideally this should be configurable via a global $wgMFDisableRedLinks

Note: Any discussion about enabling it on Wikimedia wikis should be done on
wiki/mailing lists. Once the above is done this will be a trivial config switch

Yes indeed, it seems a complete function of wikipedia is lost. I checked
several languages and it doesn't work on all of them.

Currently, the MW_MATH_MATHML mode generates MathML + SVG & PNG fallback.
However, the MathML is only visible on Gecko and other rendering engines
fallback to SVG (or PNG for IE<9) for lack of good visual rendering for MathML.

For people with visual disabilities using accessible tools, the quality of the
visual rendering is less important. We should consider a way to expose the
MathML source to these tools. There are at least two of them:

- VoiceOver with Safari. One problem is that the accessibility code relies on
some information provided by the MathML "RenderObject", so information is lost
when doing "display: none" on the .

- MathPlayer. I don't know if "display: none" affects its ability to read the
MathML content (I think MathPlayer uses the DOM).

I guess we could do something similar to what we discuss the "enable MathJax"
for anonymous users at some point, that is something to switch from SVG to
MathML. That would also be useful for people willing to use the visual
rendering of MathPlayer/WebKit.

Alternatively, when MW_MATH_MATHML becomes the default, I could easily write an
add-on for safari to switch from SVG to MathML.

Yes, extension is enabled, but the namespace itself is not working properly.
Seems that MediaWiki does not recognise it. You can try to rename any page on
rowiki, and look in dropdown list for namespace - "Carte" (or even Book) is
missing. Also we have a dozen of incorrectly categorized books because MW does
not recognise namespace "Carte"

There are a few issues with how things are initialized. The delay until the
loading animation appears is only a symptom of a larger problem: there are
multiple requests being made, blocked on each other, that should really be
combined.

When the same module, calling once getEntity(), is used N times in the same
page, the profiler shows a multiplied time for total getEntity(). This time
could be reduced by caching "getEntity()" for all modules and
wikidata-templates in a page. This time is also the far largest in the total
time.

RepoHooks::onShowSearchHit currently loads the full entity in order to replace
page titles (which are item IDs) with item labels in the search result. This
should be done via the term index, for efficiency.

We addressed this for GettingStarted a while ago, but it also applies to
