TASK DESCRIPTIONBoth of these queries show unhelpful errors instead of a helpful warning message like "no data was found".  Also, looking at the code, there seems to be no way for the visualizer to show a custom error message in the error band above visualizer.

As reported here, something is not working. Try this code in the Lua console:

= require('Module:Wikidata label')._getLabel('Q123', 'en')
= require('Module:Wikidata label')._getLabel('Q321', 'en')

You will obtain:

Instead of:

I've just added three possible implementations for this above.

Currently I favor the second approach (allow extensions to register new usages via a hook which will be saved into wbc_entity_usage). CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION...Currently we use the whole entity to track changes, but once we make it less coarse we should make should we still track the description.

This could be done in a few ways:
* Provide extensions a hook to register additional usages which are applied to all pages (of a namespace). These would be taken into account in `AffectedPagesFinder`, but not not saved into `wbc_entity_usage`.
* Provide extensions a hook to register additional usages for specific pages. These would be saved in the `wbc_entity_usage` table and handled like regular usages.
* Provide some kind of API for this which registers usages as needed (similar to what is done in Lua).
