Excellent decision -- thanks to WMF/WMDE for making this important step 
in strengthening the Wikidata team. Being both product manager and 
community manager at the same time is an (almost) impossible double 
duty, and I am glad that there will soon be support for Lydia here.


Is there also a PDF version of this add that we could print and put up 
at our university?
