TASK DESCRIPTIONRight now, version information on https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Version does not show which build of Wikibase is running. It shows 1.28.0-wmf.20 for Mediawiki, but no such information for Wikidata build or Wikibase extensions.

Moreover, Wikidata extensions do not have any links to commits - unlike other extensions - except for "Wikidata Build" extension that links to a commit from May 2014.

This makes it very hard to figure out which build of Wikidata build bundle is currently deployed. This is desired behavior and applies equally to ignoreconflicts=description and ignoreconflicts=sitelink (and combinations of both).

Basically if either or both of these are set, we will just leave the conflicting piece of data (description or sitelink) on the Item we're merging from. As non-empty Items can't be turned into redirects, we can't automatically do that in the next steps (without having to "throw away" the data).

Mong is for uiyghur-mongolian script. Classical mongolian, use this script, not soyombo or Phags-pa. Phags-pa was only used about 1 century. -Mong is probably not needed for this.

Cyrillic is only used for buryat (in Republic of Buryatia), kalmyk (in Republic of Kalmykia), and khalkha language (in Outer Mongolia) as far I know, but at least khakha and kalmyk use mongolian script (in China, outer-Mongolia and kalmykia).
