It turns out that these twisted variations of WGS-84 do see widespread use out of map vendors' maps, and that's not limited to the gov's mandatory GCJ-02. Ningbo Government's database for historial and cultural sites, for example, uses Baidu's BD-09 (twisted GCJ-02) system so its internal APIs could use Baidu's maps smoothly. These systems are like Newspeak, but are much more pervasive in terms of usage. If you want to replace “multi value” with this, then “at least”/“at most” is necessary, it seems to me. But we already have properties for those: “minimum quantity”/“maximum quantity”, used for “range” and “difference within range” (including semantics for half-open ranges, which “multi value” is). So I think using those would be very natural, and we wouldn’t even have to create a new “count” property. Currently, we have the following distinctions: Statement with violations of non-mandatory constraints: “info” F8915840: image.png Statement with violations of mandatory constraints (and also non-mandatory ones): “alert” F8915837: image.png Invalid constraint statement on a property: “alert, warning” F8915843: image.png We could also consider using the “info” icon for non-mandatory constraints (just like we currently do – see first screenshot), “notice” for mandatory ones (same size as “info”, but with inverted color scheme and an exclamation mark instead of an “i”), and reserve “alert” (exclamation mark in triangle – see second and third screenshot) for just invalid constraint statements. You need a query with lots of fields, like the one in the description. It needs to be enough to make the results table wider than your screen. If you can get all the columns on the screen at once, make your browser window smaller. If it displays the results as a vertical list of fields instead of having a column for each field, resizing the browser window and resizing it back seems to make it switch back to columns. Since the table is wider than the screen, there should be a horizontal scroll bar. In this case, there is one, but it is only visible once you get to the bottom of the page. The expected behaviour is that the horizontal scroll bar is visible no matter how far down the page you are. daniel added a comment. @Jan_Dittrich, Lydia_Pintscher: I don't think it's relevant how rare the constraints are - I'm not even sure I know what that means. What matters is how rare violations of mandatory constraints are. And these should, by definition, be rare. If we have a lot of violations of "strong" constraints, making them look nicer less threatening is not the way to fix the situation. Either the constraint needs to be changed, or the data. What I'm saying is: violations of strong constraints are bad! This flag has caused a number of issues recently and we are considering getting rid of it. As talked about with @Lydia_Pintscher: In case that mandatory constraints are rare, we could go with a red/dark-red icon for the mandatory ones and the optional ones get a black one. We discovered that some regex have the qualifier (?) "Syntax Clarification" which looks like a user friendly way of showing what is needed.
