search or count certain events in our issue tracker, which were impossible to 
query in the web interface. Are we sure nobody is using, say, the mbox archive

TASK DESCRIPTION
  The wikidata-bugs 
 list allows people 
to easily subscribe to all Wikidata related bugs.
  
  The pipermail archives currently have 202k emails archived or about 20% of 
emails archived in all of Wikimedia's list archives. We don't/didn't archive 
wikibugs-l  and given 
that all of the emails are just copies of what's already in Phabricator, 
maintaining a separate archive seems unnecessary. We can also rely on other 
external archivers like gmane/etc. if people want HTML email archives.
  
  I propose that the list continues to operate as is, but we stop archiving new 
emails and consider deleting the old archives.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  **Problem**: Due to the complexity of lexicographical data on Wikidata and 
the wide range of spelling variants, languages and dialects, some users add 
forms and lemmas with incorrect spelling variant codes.
  
  **Acceptance criteria**: In those cases where it is possible to determine a 
set of valid characters for a spelling variant, users should at least be 
notified when they include characters outside that set. For example, users 
should be warned when they introduce strictly traditional Chinese characters 
(`zh-hant`) with a spelling variant `zh-hans` (simplified Chinese) and vice 
versa.

  To take into account: not all sitelinks are on Wikidata. There are some local 
overwrites that still use the in-line way of creating interwiki links. These 
are likely to stay also long-term. In addition the links between main namespace 
pages on Wiktionary is created automatically without Wikidata involvement. They 
are created by the Cognate extension instead.
