  I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that the future license would look 
like this:

  This means that in case someone develops a derivative work from the Wikidata 
Mismatch Finder in the future, that license seems to only require them to 
"retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following 
disclaimer". So basically, the license requires them to state that the 
derivative work is based on code created by Wikimedia Deutschland e.V. as well 
as fulfill the other conditions.
  
  > Neither the name of the copyright holder nor the names of its
  > contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived 
  > from this software without specific prior written permission.
  
  This clause is dealing with brands. It clarifies that the requirement to 
mention the copyright holder does not imply a right to advertise in the 
copyright holders name/with their brand ("Wikimedia Deutschland e.V." in this 
case). It also excludes the right to imply that the copyright holder (again, 
"Wikimedia Deutschland" in this case) or the people involved in creating the 
original work (e.g. the individual developers) are endorsing or promoting the 
derivative work. That is, if the derivative work does not have a "specific 
prior written permission" that states otherwise.

  You can definitely do this (under your name or e.g. your companies name).

  My understanding is that you need to mention Wikimedia Deutschland and the

pretty much common sense.
  
  So you see that BSD 3-clause is a very liberal license that should work well 
with any potential future plans of yours. As the original creator of the code 
you might even have additional rights, but I am not sure as I am not familiar 
with the details of your contract.

  - on Beta, find a file with no statements yet, e.g. this one 

  - switch to the “Structured data” tab
  - either select the “depicts” input, or click “add statement”, select an 
item-type property (e.g. `P116`), then select the value input
  - enter one value, e.g. `Q11`, and select it
  - enter a second value, e.g. `Q12`
  
  **What happens?**:
  Nothing. No search results are shown, the second value cannot be added.
  
  **What should have happened instead?**:
  There should be search results for the second value (`Q12`), and it should be 
possible to select a result in order to add a corresponding statement.

  The Wikidata Analytics repo is not a WMDE GitHub  
repo. Moreover, I do not think that I maintain any code at WMDE's GitHub at all.
  
  When the matter of licensing and the repositories was discussed with 
@Tobi_WMDE_SW (ages ago) - I remember being advised to use the Wikimedia GitHub 
via Gerrit, or even maintain the repository personally - Tobi can correct me if 
I am wrong. However, since 2017 no one certainly asked for the code to live on 
WMDE's GitHub, neither do I have any access rights there.

  Hi @Manuel, have you tested it on Wikidata-WDQS? There is no problem at 
Wikidata SPARQL frontend (may be because it uses the template SPARQL2 whereas I 
use just SPARQL template?), I meant the Wikibase-Release-Pipeline

TASK DESCRIPTION
  There are a number of gadgets and user scripts which create or edit 
statements. These usually tell the user to refresh the page to see the updated 
data, or refresh the page automatically after editing, because there's no way 
for the scripts to do it themselves.
  
  If the page is not reloaded, the user sees an outdated version of the entity, 
which can cause problems (e.g. adding duplicate statements because the existing 
one is not visible). If the page is reloaded, that involves a lot of requests 
to the servers which could be avoided and slows down the user who needs to wait 
for the page to load and render and then find their position on the page again 
before they can continue editing. Therefore it would be useful for scripts to 
be able to tell the page to update the things they have changed without 
requiring a full page reload.
  
  It would be expected to behave something like this:
  
  - There should be a function which accepts at least one statement ID as a 
parameter.
  - Ideally it should allow an array of IDs so that it doesn't have to be 
called multiple times if multiple statements were added/edited.
  - It should check that the ID is for a statement on the current entity. If 
not, it should refuse to load it.
  - If the statement is not already loaded (i.e. a new statement was added), it 
should be added to the page.
  - If the statement is already loaded (i.e. an existing statement was edited), 
it should be updated to show the current state.
  - If the statement no longer exists (i.e. an existing statement was deleted), 
it should be removed from the page.
  - After adding/updating a statement, it should be possible to make further 
edits to it using the normal UI.
  - After adding/updating/removing a statement, statement-related hooks should 
be called (`wikibase.statement.saved` for adding/updating, 
`wikibase.statement.removed` for removing) so that code which reacts to 
statements being changed is run.
