TASK DESCRIPTION
  Currently, when viewing changes from Wikidata in the Wikipedia watchlist, 
only property IDs are displayed in edit descriptions, not property labels. This 
makes it extremely difficult for users to monitor changes from Wikidata. Now 
they look like this:

  We should display property labels in the language of the user or project so 
that the descriptions are more readable:

  I don't agree. This is really quite simple: whilst we still have the 
broken-by-design model of a TimedText namespace rather than a MCR slot for each 
subtitle track, the functionality should always be available, unless TMH isn't 
installed or local uploads aren't allowed. This was an existing bug which is 
now fixed (except for the minor bug of showing this in a few too many places, 
because we have the consume and provide parts of TMH intermingled).

  @Edtadros for production we only need to test mobile (Minerva) Wikidata. The 
screenshots here are desktop Vector Wikipedia. I don't think we need to do any 
extensive QA here other than to verify Obama is the top search result on 
Wikidata for the Obama query.
  
  The order on Wikipedia is based on a lot of things - in production we have 
spelling correction for example so I wouldn't dwell on it too much.  It should 
be ordered by relevance to the query not alphabetical.
  
  For Wikidata. I think with Wikidata.
