  - Add column ips_virtual_site to wb_items_per_site, and then drop ips_site_id
  - Create table wb_virtual_site, with columns:
  
  1. wbvs_id: primary key
  2. wbvs_site: reference (non-injection) to sites table
  3. wbvs_site_group: site group of the virtual site
  4. wbvs_language: language of the virtual site
  5. wbvs_display_id: (optional) the "display id" of the site (such as enwiki), 
used in API and data dump
  6. wbvs_prefix: the prefix of local page in a virtual site, such as Wy/hy/ or

  Currently Wikibase suppose an injective relationship between item and local 
page, and there are mechanism and usecase for conversion in both directions. 
Once we can have multiple sitelinks to same site
  
  - The page -> item is still a single map, though we need some code change to 
ensure this once we allow one item to be connected to multiple pages of the 
same site.
  - But item -> page will not. In this way, if we does not provide a "primary" 
language for a site, parser functions and formatValue will break, since there 
are no defined meaning for the page connected to an item in a site.
  
  Note there are multiple issues for site-Wikidata relationship in Wikidata:
  
  - Sites with non-BCP Wikimedia language codes, such as be-x-oldwiki
  - Sites with multiple scripts, such as Hakka, Min Dong
  - Sites with multiple languages in one project, such as Beta Wikiversity; 
also include per-language pages in multilingual sites such as Commons
  - Non-Wikipedia site hosted in a Wikipedia, such as Alemannic projects
  - Sites with multiple languages in multiple projects, such as Incubator
  
  The solution proposed in task description only solved point 1, 2 and 
potentially 3.

  Hello @Piracalamina,  I realized that my first implementation of Ghana's 
curriculum wasn't right so I have reimplemented it. I have updated the README 
with the steps I took. I have also added an html file called ghana.html, which 
display's Ghana's curriculum. Then, I added an href in index.html to link to 
ghana.html.
  
  However, Since the subjects.csv and query.csv contain hardcoded data about 
Uruguay, I decided to use this link in href 
"https://tools-static.wmflabs.org/ghana-national-curriculum/GhanaWikiCurricula/visualization/";
 . This way Ghana's data is preserved.
  
  Also, I added a query.py file which makes an API call to wikidata in order to 
retrieve Ghana's curriculum and then write the article names to query.csv and 
also the subjects to subjects.csv.
  I deployed the curricula to Toolforge.
  
  What can we automate?
  Dynamically fetch curriculum data from the API. for example when a user is 
viewing Uruguay's curricula and clicks on the link which goes to ghana.html, It 
would be cool If the API fucntion (query.py) "sensed" this and made a call to 
Wikidata.
  Should I open an issue about that?

  We believe such a database has a home on Wikidata, but some effort has to be 
organized in order for such a database to be constructed and managed.
  
  I floated the idea of incorporating Incubator or WMFLabs into the equation. 
Database could be structured as an SQL database so it could extended to the 
query language (https://query.wikidata.org/)
  
  **Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, 
and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not 
describe only a solution):
  
  These optimizations serve as critical resources that can be open to all 
muslims and community worldwide to access. Potential papers or studies in 
regards to ML with a moonsighting database could be accomplished with a home on 
Wikidata. Other forms of analysis could be performed with ease if everything is 
collated together on Wikidata.
  
  **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
  
  Moonsightings are pivotal both religiously and astronomically. By managing 
such a database on Wikidata, we advance scientific observations and promote 
user contribution. The whole goal of MCW is to get as many people contributing 
as possible. This is the sole mission of WMF, and the sole reason why this has 
a home in Wikidata.

supposed to be a before+after with `curl` but I got the server wrong; but at

step missing. Did we make sure that Items and Properties did have a mobile

  This kind of document seems to be named "Runbook" at Wikimedia.
  
  There is a category for runbooks on wikitech:

probably be in that category as well.
  
  Looking at the naming of the pages in that category, I would suggest 
something like "Wikidata/Runbooks/Change dispatching" or

TASK DESCRIPTION
  This should be a rather quick research into what common structures/outlines 
exist for incident playbooks or flowcharts, especially in the Wikimedia 
movement but also outside.
  
  The deliverable here should be a very simple overview of some available 
options (can be little more than links) and a recommendation of one of them. 
That recommendation could include an outline about how it might look like in 
the "ChangeDispatching is lagging" scenario.

👍🏻  Funny enough, the only thing that needs fixing is an extra period a the end
