On a Wiktionary page, when links already exist, there's a link "Edit links" that links to Wikidata, where people can edit the interwikilinks. It would be great to have another action link, "Add a link", that would open a pop-up so people can enter a new link (language and title) directly from a Wiktionary page. This feature is already present in the case where the Wikidata item exists but no interwikilink exists yet. The API call i use doesn't work for Wikidata because entities are not pages. I think there are probably two API methods, but both are not sufficient. `wbsearchentities` can only query one thing at a time. `wbgetentities` has an option to query multiple labels, but you need to specify `sites`, which makes it effectively the same as querying a Wikipedia instance (and hence, not useful).
