 's error message is used at at least one point and it has the id lower case. I 
prefer it to have it uppercase, too, but I wonder if we shouldn't want to have 
it consistent? See the example usage at

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ArticlePlaceholder states: Article 
Placeholders are automatically generated content pages in Wikipedia or other 
mediawiki projects displaying data from Wikidata. It is only in the context of 
Wikipedia that pages in the main namespace are called articles. Page is the 
generic name.
