Andrawaag added a comment. How is community consensus reached here? There are more examples of identifiers that didn't make into an identifier in the first round. I am curious to learn how to proceed in future cases. Here are for example properties with the term ID in it: http://tinyurl.com/y836akc8. Suggesting that those are identifiers. I am not in favour of deprecating the old one and creating a new property. This would lead to new property numbers, and now that properties are used in internal and external SPARQL queries and other (e.g. federated queries) can rely on it, such a step has the potential to lead to breaking things.
