Sure, I like that option. I disagree, actually. This extension is installed on lots of wikis, and most of them don’t have WikibaseLexeme installed. And are we also going to add Mxxx as a placeholder if this extension is set up on Structured Commons? (And what about Lxxx-Fxxx and Lxxx-Sxxx?)

Perhaps we should go the other way around, change the placeholder to a single real entity ID (e. g.
