  You are saying that this `wgWBClientSettings` is to be placed into 
Repository's configuration file and then inherited by the clients?
  Or that a separate `wgWBClientSettings` needs to be placed on each Clients'

  This means the MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties in Wikidata is used in all 
Wikibase clients. clients do not have Wikibase Repository installed, so they do 
not use wgWBRepoSettings.

  Any lines not matching are treated as comments and ignored.
