@Spage currently, geoqueries are not supported. It's a todo item, but rather 
long-term, unless something happens to put it on the agenda earlier.

Are geoqueries possible at all with Wikidata query service? When you implement 
something, someone should update the article API:Showing nearby wiki 
information 
,
 which currently mentions "the experimental WikidataQuery API" and says "the 
Wikidata query service in development does not support geographical queries 
yet."

We currently do not index descriptions, because they are big and are searchable 
by other means, but we could store the fact that certain item has description 
in certain language pretty cheaply. For labels, we store them so it's easy to 
check which items do not have labels, though I'm not sure if the negative 
request is indexable. Without index, it can be a bit slow for big boxes.

Also, it would be nice to have a wikidata bot that would find the pages that 
have wikilinks in certain language but no label for that language, or matching 
wiki page in another language that is linked not directly to wikidata but 
through the wiki page, and import the label from the wiki in all possible 
languages. I've seen entries that have language wiki pages but not have 
matching labels.
