TASK DESCRIPTION The problem is rather similar to T117050: some of the Wikivoyage pages fail to display pagebanner and show regular ToC instead. These errors are sporadic and hardly reproducible: same page may be displayed correctly for logged-in users and produce an error for those logged-out. The problem can be remedied by purging page cache. Apparently, one can patch Common.js such that the cache is purged every time when the page is loaded, but that looks like a dirty solution. Would it be possible to find a better one?
