TASK DESCRIPTION

On the item page and in the watchlist, items are displayed as "localized item label (QID)" which allow the user to instantly identify the item. But on the talk page and in the watchlist, the title is "Talk:QID" which forces the user to go to the item page to know the topic of the item.

Talk pages should be titled like items: "Talk:localized item label (QID)"

There is the same issue for properties.
