[Wikidata-bugs] [Maniphest] [Created] T202983: Add Table of Contents at the begining of lexeme page

TASK DESCRIPTION

For languages with a lot of forms it is boring to scroll down to get to senses. It would be sufficient to add small Table of Content at the begining of lexeme page. I prepared small script which is doing this https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/User:KaMan/ToC_to_lexemes.js it produces following image F25465426: toc.png
