Would be great if the favicon could be changed in the same place as the main logo, so it can be done in one go. Same goes for the splash screen T223582 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T223582>. Maybe it's possible to give the users the choice to also remove it entirely if they don't wanna put a massive logo there.
