TASK DESCRIPTION
  **Main components:**
  
  - COMPONENTS
  
  **User story:** 
  As an incident manager for Wikidata analytics products, 
  I want to get notified if analytics scripts are failing
  in order to take appropriate measures.
  
  **Problem:**
  Without notifications, we miss errors that can lead to data loss and/or 
faulty products that make analytics for Wikidata less reliable and useful.
  
  **Solution:**
  We need to treat our analytics products more like other production code.
  
  As a first step, we would like to implement notifications for errors in our 
current 42 cron activated scripts.
