  I think this would be two different tickets:
  
  1. handle field specific post-submit errors (this task here was only for 
"global" errors like wiki is read-only)
  2. have pre-submit validation, that is: don't allow submitting the form until 
all the fields have content

TASK DESCRIPTION
  As a Lexeme editor I want to be informed about errors that happen after I 
submit my new Lexeme in order to understand what is going wrong and how to fix 
it.
  
  **Problem:**
  We get errors during the Lexeme creation after the editor pressed SUBMIT but 
we do not yet display them to the editor.
  
  **Possible errors which appear after submit:**
  
  - user does not have the correct permissions (e.g. user is banned)
  - wiki could be read-only
  - service interruption (timeouts, 500s, etc) <- handled by mediawiki if we 
just move onto the next page, otherwise we need to make a decision on what to 
do . Specific errors will have their own page which it'll move to .
  - misc "idk what happened"

created
