College - the connotation is a 'degree' which we are not providing!!
Academy - may be better because of the above reason, but maybe we

The concept of WikiEducator Community College could be confused
with Community Colleges in the US -- so I guess it would be worth
exploring alternatives. Post a request to the community asking for
nominations and you could run a rough consensus
