The best thing it would do is ensure the lists are the same across all
languages, I believe!

Sage, is there any chance of producing this in a format which can be
printed out in A4, rather than the US system? It'd really cut down on costs
in the rest of the world and would mean that we wouldn't have to redesign
the booklet to A4 (and we could use cheap A4 paper rather than the more
expensive letter-sized type)  :-)

job. They're a text message question answering service based in the us but
using Philippine staff.
