Re: [Wikimedia-l] Invitation to a "Wikimedia Café" casual online meetup

2018-08-30 Thread Pine W
Hi folks,

The first Wikimedia Café meetup was surprisingly well attended with four
people. Also, a few people contacted me off list to express interest. So, I
will host another Café meetup next month, again one hour before the
WMF-hosted Wikimedia Activities Meeting. If you're interested in the Café
then please mark your calendars now, because I will send at most one more
reminder before the September meetup.

*Au revoir* ,

Great Dorset Steam Fair happened. 522 full size steam engines. 2008
classic commercial vehicles, 40 diesel heavy haulage, over 200
tractors, 20 odd classic plant, 120 stationary engines, 94 classic
cars and a lot of other stuff (motorbikes, bikes, classic dairy, steam
organs, steam fairground etc). I've got ~1600 to go through and start
adding to this year's commons category:

The fair is still a great source of photos for wikipedia articles.
