If it was just a matter of money to keep the servers running, I would say yes, 
but if they have no editors there would not be a lot of point. We could offer 
an archive, and assimilation.

Or, as en.Wikipedia puts it: "As of January 2019, it had 16,978
articles, of which 166 had achieved editorial approval, and around 2
contributors who made at least 1 edit in the previous month."

Not that occurs to me. I mentioned it here mostly as a historical note
- what happened to our most widely publicised fork.

Their current plans are:

* put good content into Wikipedia
* archive a final version with the Internet Archive
* maybe set up some sort of successor
