Different literacy ratios and internet penetration ratios do play a role in these stats. If we need to pursue the goal of "Free knowledge for ALL", then may be we will have to consider more audio / visual content and projects. This is especially relevant if we consider higher mobile phone penetration in India even in rural areas and with uneducated people.
