If anyone is wondering, the page in question is here [1].

Well, it won't be destroyed - it has to be kept in case HMRC decide to
do an audit.

There is a very small link at the very bottom of the page to the
privacy policy [2] - it wouldn't hurt to link to it somewhere more
prominently.

Perhaps it would be worth some clarifying the Thanks-Gift-Aid page to the
extent that (with the exception of email address) all fields are necessary
for the purpose of claiming GiftAid, and/or that the information provided
will only be used for that purpose and then destroyed (or whatever the
reality of the matter is).
